I am a big fan of the Ferrari Enzo until I saw this recent news about it today!

2010 Ferrari Enzo MIG-U1 by Gemballa

Gemballa is producing a limited edition conversion of the Ferrari Enzo to be called the MIG-U1. Warp drive is optional. It’s being made for the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group of Dubai, for being the new Distributor for the Middle East. More details will be available after the “invitation only” launch in Dubai.

2010 Ford Focus Unveiled

As we begin 2010, it looks like the compact C-segment is shaping up to be one of the most highly competitve segments in the auto industry. The Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, VW Golf and Jetta, along with the new Chevrolet Cruze are fighting for the hearts, minds and dollars of the masses. And then there’s the Ford Focus.

This week in Detroit, Ford is unwrapping an all-new Focus for the 2012 model year. When the original Focus debuted internationally in 1998 and then in the U.S. a year later, it was more or less a common design. The U.S. version, however, suffered from a series of manufacturing issues and recalls within its first year of sales. Meanwhile, the overseas model got a full redesign in 2004, but Americans kept the MK1 Focus until three years ago when it got an unfortunately awkward re-skin. This time around the new Focus is truly global and adopts the latest evolution of Ford’s European “Kinetic” design language. Judging by our first exposure to the 2012 Focus, every other contender in the segment may have a real problem to deal with next year. Learn more about the new Focus after the jump.

2009 Ferrari 599XX Preview

2009 Ferrari 599XX


This outstanding car has the same transaxle layout and engine type which is based on the 599 GTB Fiorano, this prototype is an ultimate track car, the 2009 Ferrari 599XX. The 599XX is powered by a 700 horsepower at around 9,000 RPM redline and a faster shifting F1 gearbox. Characterized by a an innovative concept called the “High Performance Dynamic Concept”, designed for a maximum performance.




Improved aerodynamics of the 2009 Ferrari 599XX results for a faster Ferrari around the track. The car boasts 280kg of downforce at 200 km per hour (around 630kg at 300 km per hour).

The price for the 2009 Ferrari 599XX is not yet specified at this time.

Said to be the most driver-focused sports car ever produced by Aston Martin, The Aston Martin V12 Vantage. The V12 Vantage was first unveiled in 2007 and was set for debut at 2008 Geneva Motor Show. This wonderful machine is powered by 6.0 liter V12 engine which makes 510 horsepower at 6,500 RPM and 420 pound-feet of torque at 5,750 RPM. It also claims a 0-60 time of 4.1 seconds and reaches a top speed of 190 MPH.



The V12 Vantage’s engine features an enhancement that includes a by-pass engine air intake port that opens at 5,500 RPM, an enhanced induction system and redesigned air inlet ports which improves the airflow in the combustion chamber that makes the car performance even better. Inside the V12 Vantage, the interior front structure has been thoroughly upgraded to the suspension towers to house the larger engine, twin air intake system and the brake cooling system.



The Aston Martin V12 Vantage is expected to start with the deliveries during the third quarter of 2009. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet and production will be limited at around 300 to 500 samples a year.

Porsche unleashed its latest model of its GT2-class race car, the 2009 Porsche GT3 RSR. With a new louvered hood as it’s visual difference. The car’s radiator ductwork has been redesigned for the racer’s preferred air conditioning system. They also included a developed supply system for a consistently adaptable blink rate of its front lights. Which makes it easy to identify when car pits during night time. The GT3 is also equipped with a new air jack and a much easier accessed oil filler which has been relocated.

Now that comprises the visual part of the GT3. Lets go to a much better topic, the POWER. The 2009 Porsche GT3 RSR is equipped with a 450 horsepower at 7,800 RPM (compared to last year producing 465 horsepower at 8,000 RPM) with a displacement for the rear-mounted 6-cylinder from 3.8 up to 4.0 liters. Same with last year’s GT, GT3 is also powered by a 317 lb-ft of torque at 7,250 RPM. Porsche said that the new GT3’s torque curve is well-optimized than the past model for better driving. The 2009 Porsche GT3 RSR will cost you at around $493,392.

Two months ago, 2010 Porsche Panamera Teaser pics was posted and revealed here. To get you all updated with this new Porsche creation, here are some of the updated pictures of the Porsche Panamera.

Official production of the Porsche Panemera will start April next year and will make a world debut at Geneva Motor Show one month earlier. The Panemera will be a huge car that will have a size of almost 16.3 feet or 5 meters long, 6.3 feet or 2 meters wide and will weight for about 1,800 kilogram. Three engine choices will be available at launch – the base Panamera has a 3.6 liters V6 and 300 horsepower engine, the Panamera S has a 4.8 liters V8 and 405 horsepower engine, and lastly, the Panamera Turbo that has a 4.8 liters turbo model with about 500 horsepower.

2009 Ferrari California: Sold Out Until 2010

Ferrari confirmed that the new 2009 Ferrari California is now officially sold out until 2010. Just like what the company president Luca di Montezemolo said, “In 2008 there was the success of the Scuderia. 2009 will be characterized by the California. It has been an incredible success. We have already sold all of the 2008 and 2009 production. You have to now wait until 2011 for one.”

The $260,000 Ferrari California is scheduled to be produced by set of about 2,000 per year. This Ferrari is powered by a new direct-injection, 460 horsepower 4.3L V8. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 in just 4.0 seconds.

Mercedes Benz has unleashed one of the biggest craze this year, the all new 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster 722 S. The new Roadster 722 S is powered by a 5.5L V8 AMG engine delivering 650 horsepower and maximum torque of 604 lb-ft. The engine is associated with a five speed automatic transmission which is designed for high performance. The car accelerates from 0 up to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 335 kilometers per hour. Mercedes claims that this two-seater car’s soft-top is capable of withstanding high speeds exceeding 200 miles per hour which is made of carbon fiber.

The next generation 2009 Audi A4 is set to debut at next week’s Paris Motor Show. It marks the innovation of a modern powerplant for the S-series lineup, a 3.0L TFSI V6 engine supercharged. The Audi A4 uses a pair of 4 vane rotors and assembles in valley of the engine block. It’s air were fed through a set of intercoolers up to the combustion chambers that provides the fuel straight from the injection system.

Equipped with a 333 horsepower and 325 pound feet of torque fed through a 6-speed manual gearbox or a new 7-speed S-Tronic dual clutch transmission, it runs to 62 miles per hour in 5.1 seconds. The new S4’s quattro system transmits 40% of the torque to the front wheel and 60% to the rear wheel. The S4’s exterior gets a more intense looking front and rear with a new 18-inch wheels. The new sport seats and it’s elegant and fancy interior brings the new S4 a very distinct design.
